1. Definitions
Under these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings below:
- Tissia sau Platform: customer communication automation service using artificial intelligence, operated by Carpathica Authentic SRL.
- User sau Client: natural or legal person who accesses and uses the Tissia Platform.
- Account: the account created by User to access the Platform services.
- AI Agent: the virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence that processes and responds to messages from the User's customers.
- Conversation: the exchange of messages between the AI Agent and an end client of the User.
- Knowledge Base: the set of information, documents and rules uploaded by User for training the AI Agent.
2. Terms Acceptance
By accessing or using the Tissia Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Carpathica Authentic SRL (hereafter referred to as 'the Company', 'we' or 'Tissia').
3. Service Description
Tissia is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers:
- AI Chatbot for automating customer communication
- Integration with multiple communication channels (website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email)
- Conversation management system and escalation to human agents
- Analytics and reporting dashboard
- Customizable knowledge base
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any functionality of the Platform, with or without prior notice.
4. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be a natural person at least 18 years old or a legally established legal entity
- Provide correct, complete and current information during registration
- Maintain confidentiality of authentication data
- Notify Tissia immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account.
5. Plans and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
Tissia offers multiple subscription plans with different features and limits. Full details of each plan are available on the pricing page.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. Invoices are issued in EUR and include VAT in accordance with current legislation.
5.3 Payments
We accept payment by bank transfer and debit card. Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice issuance.
5.4 Refund Policy
Implementation fees are non-refundable. For subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from first activation, provided the number of conversations processed does not exceed 50.
6. Acceptable Use
You undertake not to use the Platform for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Transmission of unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to Tissia systems
- Interference with normal Platform operation
- Collection of personal data of other users without consent
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, without right of refund.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Tissia Property
The Tissia Platform, including source code, design, logos, trademarks and all documentation, are the exclusive property of Carpathica Authentic SRL or its licensors.
7.2 User Content
You retain all rights over content uploaded to the Platform (Knowledge Base, settings, etc.). You grant Tissia a limited license to process this content exclusively for the purpose of providing services.
7.3 Conversation Data
Conversations processed through the Platform remain your property. We do not use this data for training AI models for other customers.
8. Data Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
As an operator, you are responsible for:
- Informing end customers about the use of the AI chatbot
- Obtaining necessary consent for data processing
- Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection legislation

9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on responses generated by AI
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
10.2 Termination by Tissia
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of invoices within the set period
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, you will have access to data export for 30 days, after which all data will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
- Notification by email at least 30 days in advance
- Display on website with the date of last update
Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, with jurisdiction in Satu Mare.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties undertake to attempt amicable resolution of disputes within 30 days.
