1. Definitions
Within these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings below:
- Tissia sau The Platform: the customer communication automation service through artificial intelligence, operated by Carpathica Authentic SRL.
- User sau Customer: a natural or legal person who accesses and uses the Tissia Platform.
- Account: the account created by User to access Platform services.
- AI Agent: the virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence that processes and responds to messages from the User's customers.
- Conversație: the exchange of messages between the AI Agent and an end customer of the User.
- Knowledge Base: the set of information, documents and rules uploaded by User for training the AI Agent.
2. Terms Acceptance
By accessing or using the Tissia Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Carpathica Authentic SRL (hereinafter referred to as 'Company', 'we' or 'Tissia').
3. Service Description
Tissia is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers:
- AI chatbot for automating customer communication
- Integration with multiple communication channels (website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email)
- System for managing conversations and escalation to human agents
- Analytics and reporting dashboard
- Customisable knowledge base
We reserve the right to modify, update or interrupt any functionality of the Platform, with or without prior notice.
4. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be a natural person aged at least 18 years or a legally established legal entity
- Provide correct, complete and current information at registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of authentication data
- Notify Tissia immediately in case of any unauthorised use of the account
You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account.
5. Plans and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
Tissia offers multiple subscription plans with different features and limits. Full details of each plan are available on the pricing page.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. Invoices are issued in EUR and include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.3 Payments
We accept payments by bank transfer and bank card. Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice issue.
5.4 Refund Policy
Implementation fees are non-refundable. For subscriptions, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee from first activation, provided the number of conversations processed does not exceed 50.
6. Acceptable Use
You commit not to use the Platform for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Transmission of illicit, offensive or harmful content
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Violation of third parties' intellectual property rights
- Attempts of unauthorised access to Tissia systems
- Interference with normal operation of the Platform
- Collection of personal data of other users without consent
Breach of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, without right to refund.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Tissia Ownership
The Tissia Platform, including source code, design, logos, trademarks and all documentation, is the exclusive property of Carpathica Authentic SRL or its licensors.
7.2 User Content
You retain all rights to content uploaded to the Platform (Knowledge Base, settings, etc.). You grant Tissia a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing services.
7.3 Conversation Data
Conversations processed through the Platform remain your property. We do not use this data to train AI models for other customers.
8. Data Confidentiality
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
As an operator, you are responsible for:
- Informing end customers about the use of the AI chatbot
- Obtaining necessary consent for data processing
- Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection legislation

9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
10.2 Termination by Tissia
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of invoices within the stipulated period
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, you will have access to data export for 30 days, after which all data will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification at least 30 days in advance
- Display on website with last update date
Continued use of the service after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by competent courts in Romania, with seat in Satu Mare.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties are obliged to attempt amicable settlement of disputes within 30 days.
